i have been using reynolds gel race for about 4 years. i actually did not have a problem using it till a few days back. whenever i wrote with it, i saw that after a bit of its useage, the pen got spoiled and it was working better no more with its ball fallen. this happened with all of my reynolds pen( i used no other though). when i complained to shopkeeper, she said that nothing could be done. then i begun to test this time with linc ocean gel. again this time the same thing happened…

anyone please tell me what to do….?
