I want to buy 10 good quality pens as gifts to different people. Can you suggest some good shops(online) and some good quality pen names? I am ready to spend 40$ maximum per pen.

Drawing pens? Google art supplies, an you'll get ideas such as **** Blick, Cheap Joes, art supply warehouse. If regular pens, google pens, or Mont Blanc and Staples, etc will give you ideas. The other option is to check yellow pages on line for a pen shop near you. Then you'll get personal service
Parker or Sheaffer is a good brand around that price range.
